Dear Sir,
I am a resident of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I am planning to visit Goa next month for a weekend. I have already booked the rooms at your hotel last week. I am writing this letter to inform you about the details of my stay. I have some other enquiries as well.
Firstly I will like to inform that we will be reaching early morning on April 30 which is a Saturday. We shall stay for five days from Saturday to Thursday and spend five nights there. We are two members. We shall leave your hotel on early Thursday morning to catch our flight for Ahmedabad. I have booked a room that faces the sea. I believe the number is 42. The room is on the tenth floor.
I understand that you provide cabs to pick up guests from the airport. So I would like a cab to be sent at 7.30 am to the airport. Likewise I will need the cab on early Thursday morning when we depart.
Do you provide free lunch and dinner or do you charge extra? What facilities do you have for sports? Do you have a swimming pool and a gym.
I would like to request you to send a list of places and buildings that are worth seeing in Goa. That would help us to plan our itinerary. What other local cultural activities or sports are there for us to enjoy and participate. I would also like to have information about the beaches. I believe Goa has some very beautiful beaches.
So besides the cost of stay at your hotel, what other costs are likely to be there for a visitor who comes to Goa. Kindly throw some light on the things I have asked.
